A leading electrical engineering services company is seeking a Talent Coordinator to jointheir team. The Talent Coordinator will be responsible for proactive talent outreach, relationship management, and pipeline.

Salary: $25–30/hr
Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid: 3 days onsite)
Type of Position: Temp to Hire

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively source and identify candidates for technical, engineering, and sales roles across multiple levels.
  • Conduct outreach through LinkedIn Recruiter, email campaigns, referrals, and industry networks.
  • Personalize messaging based on role and market to improve candidate engagement and response rates.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for early-stage candidate conversations.
  • Build, organize, and maintain active candidate pipelines within the ATS.
  • Track outreach efforts, follow-ups, and candidate activity to keep pipelines warm and engaged.
  • Reconnect with previous candidates and former employees to identify potential rehiring opportunities.
  • Partner with recruiters and HR teams to align talent pipelines with hiring needs and future workforce plans.
  • Conduct market research on competitors, talent pools, and sourcing strategies to improve recruiting effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records, ensure process compliance, and support special sourcing initiatives as needed.

Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, and talent research
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and maintaining consistent follow-up efforts.
  • Strong written communication skills with a professional, friendly, and concise style.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to stay on top of multiple priorities.
  • Experience using an ATS platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously while keeping momentum moving.
  • Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, skilled trades, or field service roles
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools preferred.
  • Background supporting sales or National Account recruiting efforts is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with HR and recruiting teams in a structured environment preferred.
