    Talent Coordinator - Temp

    Cartier North America | New York, NY

    Reports to: AVP, Talent

    Role Overview

    This temporary role is based in our New York City office, and reports to the AVP, Talent for Cartier North America. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality execution across talent sourcing, job posting, interview scheduling, vendor processing, and other talent management initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    Essential duties include:

    • Scheduling interviews, key talent meetings and administrative support to various events
    • Sourcing and pooling talent for bulk and targeted needs
    • Posting jobs on internal and external job boards
    • Manage calendar and support T&E expense report process for AVP, Talent
    • Ensuring vendors are registered and paid in a timely manner
    • Support the Director of Talent Management with the talent review cycle, handling the calendar and communication administration for annual reviews and mid-year check-ins
    • Responding to requests or inquiries from candidates, the Talent team, the business, HRBPs, other COEs, and external vendors
    • Team communications
    • Conduct initial resume screening for entry-level positions or specific roles as required
    • Other tasks and duties, as needed

    Qualifications

    • 2 or more years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced Talent or HR environment
    • Proven success in front-facing HR administrative, coordination or customer service role
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR or business preferred
    • Proficiency with Microsoft programs and social media required.
    • Additional experience with recruitment modules/ATS’s, databases, HR systems and scheduling tools, Workday is a plus
    • Willingness to work in NYC 4 days per week
    • Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills
    • Strong affiliation with the Richemont Group values, along with tenacity, sense of urgency, service mentality
