I. Job Summary

The Talent and Development Business Partner acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders and Human Resources, driving talent strategies that support organizational objectives. This role ensures talent solutions are aligned with business needs, backed by stakeholder commitment, and effectively implemented to build a diverse talent pipeline while enabling leadership development, succession planning, internal mobility and employee growth across the organization.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Partner with HR and Business Leaders:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and primary contact to Corporate HR Business Partners and Business Leaders, assessing business needs through the completion of intakes and recommending tailored talent and development solutions.
  • Guide the implementation and execution of key talent initiatives (e.g., Career Development, Assessments and 360's, Coaching, Mentoring, Succession Planning, Leader Effectiveness and Assimilation), ensuring talent is developed in alignment with organizational objectives.Consult and advise on customized development plans, and coaching frameworks that accelerate capability building and are aligned to business priorities
  • Support core talent management programs by implementing and ensuring all developmental opportunities are actioned as a result of Performance Reviews, Talent Reviews and Succession Planning. Offering training, insights, and best practices to strengthen leadership capability and succession pipelines
  • Influence business leaders on talent priorities, advising on strategies that drive ownership and accountability for workforce development.
  • Ability to travel

Champion Talent Strategy:

  • Drive execution of talent and organizational development initiatives tailored to Corporate Business Partner and employee needs, in alignment with the talent programs and strategy.
  • Utilize data and insights to anticipate opportunities for strategic partnership with HR Business Partners and business leaders, informing solutions that strengthen leadership effectiveness at scale.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to identify development needs across departments, translating insights into actionable inputs for Talent Management and Learning teams to design customized programs aligned with business objectives and priorities.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, Talent Management, Employee Experience and Learning teams to understand evolving needs, align priorities, and co-create effective talent development solutions.
  • Oversee the identification and development of high-potential talent, advising on targeted growth opportunities to strengthen development planning and leadership readiness.

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor internal and external talent trends and collaborate with Centers of Excellence to provide insights and drive continuous improvement of talent and development programs.
  • Leverage insights that identify opportunities to drive adoption, streamline talent processes, improve data quality, and enhance the user experience.

III. Qualifications

A. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree,
  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant experience.

B. Preferred Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Development or related disciplineIV. Physical Requirements
