Designs and facilitates training programs and workshops that support the guiding principles and objectives of the organization. Primary responsibilities are weighted equally between instructional design of training courses and facilitation of both in-person and virtual training sessions. Provides research, consulting and training services in a variety of areas including product specific, technical and soft-skill training. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible for making an established range of decisions, escalating to manager when necessary and updates manager on a regular basis.
