About the Role
Sigma, Inc. is hiring a Talent Development Consultant to support organizational learning and employee development initiatives at Children's Hospital Colorado. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in corporate training, onboarding, and performance management.
This position requires onsite work in Aurora, CO, with travel to Colorado Springs 2–3 times per month to facilitate orientation sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pre-orientation logistics for Colorado Springs onboarding programs
- Facilitate Team Member Orientation sessions (in-person)
- Support development and refinement of performance management processes, including:
- Goal setting
- Performance evaluations
- Calibration processes
- Provide consultation on:
- Onboarding programs
- Employee engagement initiatives
- Career development pathways
- Team Member Experience (TMX)
- Assist with documentation and process improvements related to HR and talent development
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to support learning and development strategies
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Human Resources
- Education
- Organizational Development
- Leadership Development
- OR related field
- OR 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in:
- Corporate training
- Organizational development
- Talent development
- Strong experience in:
- Facilitating training sessions
- Performance management processes
- Employee engagement programs

- Expertise in:
- Instructional design

- Strong project and program management skills
