Summary:

  • Duration: 4 months (with possible extension)
  • Start Date: 05/05/2026


Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate team member and team leader orientations.
  • Support new leader onboarding and alignment.
  • Engage in change management for the new performance management system.
  • Manage key milestones of the performance evaluation process during May–September.
  • Identify, validate, and deploy a leadership competency model to support strategic initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated strong facilitation skills in leadership and organizational development.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of instructional design and product development.
  • Successful program and project management skills.
  • Ability to interact with customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-paced, ever-changing, and complex environment.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in corporate training or organizational development.
  • Experience working in healthcare for at least one (1) year.
  • DiSC Certification required.


Preferred Skills:

  • Coaching certification(s) preferred.
