Talent Development Office Manager - part-time/28 hrs per week
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative and program coordination support to the Talent Development Department. This role ensures the smooth operation of department functions, training and organizational development programs and onboarding efforts. The position also manages logistical and operational aspects of training and wellness programs, provides database and reporting support, oversees purchasing and budgeting processes, and assists in the supervision of student employees. Additionally, this role provides ongoing support for the Workday Talent system and information, and coordinates department tools and assessments for feedback, leadership 360s, and performance review processes

Pay Grade: 48
Typical Starting Pay: $20.75-$27.00
The actual compensation offered will take into consideration internal equity and may vary based on the candidate’s job-related experience, knowledge, skills, and other relevant factors. Candidates with very significant work-related experience may receive an offer higher than the posted typical range.
