Is this you?

  • Do colleagues naturally seek you out first with questions or workplace concerns?
  • Do you enjoy owning the entire recruiting journey—from first hello to first day—for both permanent and temporary roles?
  • Are you equally at home advising on employee relations, updating SAP org data, and keeping Kronos timekeeping and payroll on track?
  • Do you thrive where safety, cGMP discipline, and ISO-minded quality meet a fast-paced, matrixed operation?

What you will do

  • Be the first point of contact for employees and managers; handle employee relations questions with care and clarity.
  • Guide supervisors through HR processes and coach on effective, compliant employee practices.
  • Run full-cycle talent acquisition for all openings—permanent and temporary—including sourcing, selection, offers, and onboarding.
  • Keep personnel records complete and current: compensation, role changes, benefits, training, and disciplinary documentation.
  • Maintain data integrity in HR SAP and HR Org-Management.
  • Administer HR operations such as hiring/staffing, benefits, new hire orientation, absenteeism tracking, and timekeeping.
  • Support leave and claim processes: FMLA, short-term disability, and workers’ compensation.
  • Lead and track HR projects, meeting milestones and delivering results.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement and site activities.
  • Recommend continuous improvements to policies and procedures and ensure compliance with US and PA labor laws.
  • Manage payroll-related activities using Kronos and ensure accurate timekeeping.
  • Champion EHS directives, uphold a clean and safe work environment, and operate in alignment with cGMP.
  • Take on other duties as assigned.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (required).
  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally within an industrial/manufacturing setting.
  • Solid understanding of US and PA labor laws.
  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and KRONOS.
  • Experience with cGMP and ISO frameworks (preferred).
  • Detail-driven, service-oriented approach with strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver in a high-velocity, matrixed environment.

Why this role matters

Your work ensures that people-related processes run smoothly, employees feel supported, leaders make informed decisions, and the site operates safely and compliantly. It’s hands-on HR with real impact.
