  • Pay Rate: $32.82 / Hour (USD)

Job Summary

In this role, you will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to create a seamless hiring experience. From scheduling interviews to managing onboarding logistics and amplifying the employer brand, your contributions will ensure candidates and new hires feel welcome, informed, and excited about their journey. Additionally, you'll help drive key talent initiatives like onboarding and recruiting processes, while making a direct impact on how we attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Greet candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the interview process, including travel arrangements, scheduling resolution and meeting SLA timelines
  • Support the onboarding process by partnering with internal teams, managing logistics, supporting Global New Hire Orientation and ensuring new hires have everything they need for a smooth start
  • Partner with Internal Communications and Marketing to bolster employer brand messaging, enhancing presence across LinkedIn, BuiltIn and other websites
  • Partner with the Early Talent team to support in coordinating campus recruiting events and internship/co-op programs, both in office and campus as necessary
  • Identify areas of improvement throughout the scheduling and onboarding workflows, and propose solutions to make the processes more efficient
  • Support the rollout and implementation of new initiatives and technologies, such as a coordination/scheduling tool, CRM, or other potential applications
  • Provide administrative support for talent acquisition, including resume screening and sourcing for entry level roles
  • Collaborate on special projects; including implementing and updating TA processes and communications across all platforms as employment brand content evolves

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Required Experience

  • 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or related fields
