Job Description
The Talent Lifecycle Technician I is responsible for provisioning, de-provisioning, and updating application access and physical hardware for onboarding, offboarding, and transferring employees. The technician's priorities include ordering stock, handling equipment shipments and receipts, setting up or configuring new employee desks and workspaces, and providing or removing appropriate access based on defined employee standard packages.
What You'll Do:
* Places timely and accurate asset orders in procurement systems.
* Receives, prepares, and pre-configures new computer and device settings.
* Packs and ships hardware, prints postage labels.
* Responsible for timely delivery of assets to customers.
* Responsible for receiving, cleaning, restocking, and disposal of assets from customers.
* Maintains excellent and accurate notes and asset tracking records.
* Troubleshoots shipping exceptions and works directly with end users, customers, and suppliers to resolve conflicts and answer inquiries to maintain excellent relations.
* Monitors and responds to ticketing queues, and email
* Deskside and walkup support including workspace setup and removal
