The Talent Coordinator plays a critical role in executing Carlyle's global talent strategy by driving coordination, materials production, and operational excellence across core talent programs. This role is primarily responsible for owning early career program coordination and supporting the execution of high-impact talent processes, including talent calibration, succession planning, promotions, and culture and inclusion.
A key component of this role is the production of high-quality, standardized materials using established templates to support senior leadership discussions and decision-making. The Talent Coordinator will work closely with members of the Talent and HR Business Partner teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely delivery across all initiatives.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at execution, precision, and managing multiple workstreams. This individual will demonstrate strong operational judgment and a continuous improvement mindset, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes, share best practices, and enhance team efficiency and consistency.

The compensation range for this role is specific to Washington, DC and takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to the skill sets required/preferred; prior experience and training; licenses and/or certifications.
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $75,000.
In addition to the base salary, the hired professional will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package spanning retirement benefits, health insurance, life insurance and disability, paid time off, paid holidays, family planning benefits and various wellness programs. Additionally, the hired professional may also be eligible to participate in an annual discretionary incentive program, the award of which will be dependent on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
