About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Talent Management Manager to lead and integrate key HR functions across the full talent lifecycle. This role will oversee Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Learning & Development teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities and fostering a high-performance culture.

This is a highly visible leadership position responsible for driving talent strategy, optimizing systems, and delivering measurable results across recruiting, development, and performance initiatives.

What You'll Do

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and develop teams across recruiting, performance management, and learning & development
  • Design and execute integrated talent management strategies aligned with business goals
  • Drive a cohesive, end-to-end talent lifecycle approach

Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee recruiting operations, workforce planning, and hiring strategies
  • Ensure effective use and optimization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Monitor hiring metrics, efficiency, and quality of hire

Performance Management

  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, calibration, and review cycles
  • Drive consistency, accuracy, and adoption across departments
  • Partner with leadership to build a high-performance culture

Learning & Development

  • Oversee organizational learning strategy, onboarding programs, and development initiatives
  • Manage Learning Management
