We are seeking a qualified Talent Management Specialist to support a potential contract award with a DoD Client. This role is contingent upon contract award and will play a critical part in our efforts to deliver exceptional results for this opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support workforce assessments to identify organizational strengths, skill gaps, and future staffing needs.
  • Assist in developing workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, and career development strategies.
  • Support performance management initiatives and recommend improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Assist in developing hiring plans, position descriptions, and job announcements to meet current and future workforce needs.
  • Analyze workforce data and provide recommendations to improve talent management and workforce planning processes.
  • Ensure workforce planning activities align with applicable Federal human resources policies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and project deliverables related to workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with project leadership and stakeholders to support strategic workforce planning efforts.

 REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Approximately 5 years of experience supporting talent management, workforce planning, human resources, or organizational development initiatives.
  • Experience supporting talent acquisition, employee retention, performance management, succession planning, or workforce planning programs.
  • Knowledge of:
    • Talent lifecycle management
    • Performance management systems
    • Succession planning frameworks
    • Workforce planning methodologies
    • Federal human resources laws, regulations, and policies, particularly those related to talent acquisition
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

SALARY:

Salary is commensurate with both location and experience.

  • Communication/Engagement: Maintain professional conduct in meetings and written communication, participating actively with cameras on.
  • Responsiveness: Stay engaged, communicate promptly, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
