Nouria Energy Corporation is a multi-generational family-owned wholesale fuel distributor, convenience store operator and car wash operator in New England. Responsibilities:
· Execute the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers on performance evaluations and goal setting.
· Facilitate training sessions throughout performance management cycles to support leaders during various stages of the performance cycle.
· Provide reporting and updates as needed/ requested for the performance management cycle.
· Support talent development initiatives to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders.
· Collaborate with the L&D team to refine performance management processes.
· Analyze organizational data and metrics to inform recommendations towards improving culture and performance.
· Provide coaching and support to managers and teams to help them achieve their development goals and overcome challenges.
· Support with internal communications efforts, including drafting communications, updating myNouria, or supporting with other talent management activities as requested.
