Description

Our clients Talent Marketing team applies performance-marketing rigor to talent acquisition, attracting and converting top candidates the way we market to customers. We''re hiring a Talent Marketing Specialist to own event marketing and Indeed sourcing campaigns for our clients CP2E (Connecting People to Experts).

This is a marketing role, not a recruiting role. You''ll bring GTM strategy, paid media management, and data-driven campaign optimization to build candidate pipelines at scale. You will plan, architect, and execute high-impact events (virtual and in person) and Indeed Sourcing campaigns to hire top talent globally. Unlike traditional recruiting roles, this position requires a strategic and data-driven marketer. The ideal candidate for this role is a passionate marketer with experience executing effective marketing campaigns and programs.

As an Talent Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and execute GTM-style campaigns across events and Indeed sourcing to drive candidate consideration and improve lead-to-hire conversion.
  • Paid Media & Sourcing: Define strategies, audience targeting, flighting, manage paid media budget and bids for Indeed, and continuously test and optimize campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Event Marketing: Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of virtual and in-person events - event production from design, set up/logistics, communications with cross functional partners, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
  • Data & Analytics: Consolidate performance data from various sources to analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies, and delivering clear recommendations.
  • Testing & Optimization: Run A/B testing strategies and data-driven insights to continuously refine messaging and creative to continuously improve campaign performance.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience launching and scaling digital campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering results through testing and deploying marketing initiatives.

  • Marketing background is strictly required; this is not a standard recruiting position. This will be an individual contributor role.

  • Proven success leading and organizing cross-functional marketing efforts for external and internal events, digital webinars, or conferences. Experience with event/marketing automation platforms (Zoom Webinar/Eloqua) is required.

  • Experience managing significant paid advertising budgets and optimizing ad spend through ongoing performance analysis.

  • Strong storytelling and content skills for candidate and customer-facing

  • Proficiency with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Zoom Webinar, Eloqua, AJO, and paid ads managers.

  • Detail-oriented, get-it-done individual who excels with minimal supervision and thrives without having all the information up front - proactive, creative problem solver who adapts when issues arise, brings new ideas to test, and is willing to roll up your sleeves.

  • Sharp analytical and quantitative skills - develop strong recommendations based on performance insights and can act quickly on them.

  • Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
