Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews and candidate scheduling
  • Support recruiting and talent acquisition operations
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Track recruiting metrics and hiring activity

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
