Careerscape is supporting a client opening for an On-site Entry-Level Talent Operations Coordinator. This role focuses on supporting recruiting operations, candidate tracking, interview coordination, onboarding activities, and talent-related administrative processes.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews and candidate scheduling
- Support recruiting and talent acquisition operations
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records
- Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Track recruiting metrics and hiring activity
- Prepare reports and recruiting documentation
- Coordinate with hiring managers and HR teams
- Ensure accuracy of candidate and employee records
- Support talent programs and employee experience initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with process improvements and operational projects
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business, Psychology, or related field)
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, recruiting, or support roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Professional and people-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in an on-site environment
