Talent Operations Coordinator
Approximately 1 Year Contract
***Remote position with travel to Corporate Office in Reading, PA occasionally***
Position Summary:
This role will support succession meetings through ownership of key tasks and continuous collaboration with various stakeholders and the succession planning team. The ideal candidate will be passionate and experienced in talent management processes, creating executive level deliverables, and continuous process improvement
Responsibilities
- Support the team in the preparation of materials for high-visibility succession planning meetings
- Support succession planning meetings through coordination, documentation, and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency throughout the succession planning process
- Consolidate talent and workforce data from existing reports into presentation ready formats
- Manage a shared email inbox to field incoming requests to provide support to various stakeholders
- Maintain data governance standards and maintain document storage of highly confidential information
- Prioritize and organize multiple competing demands to ensure projects and tasks are completed on time
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in talent related processes (succession planning, talent review, etc.) strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite products, specifically: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
- Experience with Power Automate and/or Power Apps preferred
- Strong attention to detail required
- Excellent communication, project and program management skills required
- Strong ability to drive process improvement and proactively identify and address needs
