Role Overview
An AI-powered recruiting marketplace is seeking a Talent Operator to support full-cycle recruiting operations while helping improve internal recruiting tools and systems. Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and manage candidates across multiple startup hiring pipelines
- Support full-cycle recruiting activities within fast-growing client environments
- Act as a primary user of internal AI recruiting tools and provide product feedback
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams
- Support operational process improvements and recruiting workflow optimization
- Collaborate with recruiting, operations, and engineering teams
- Help scale recruiting systems and internal operational playbooks
- Maintain organization and execution across high-volume recruiting activity
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar high-performance environments
- Strong work ethic with high-agency execution mindset
- Ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume workloads
- Highly coachable with strong adaptability and learning ability
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in recruiting, startups, operations, or AI-driven systems
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
