This job requires the incumbents to operate an INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non-INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Driver''s License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.

Partner with leaders to address workforce needs across the caregiver lifecycle, including talent planning, performance management, and risk mitigation.
Provide sound, business-aligned counsel on caregiver decisions that impact engagement, retention, and performance.
Execute enterprise HR programs and initiatives locally, ensuring adoption and effectiveness.
Identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities within the client group and elevate insights to HR Directors.
Manage complex coaching matters independently, escalating only when strategic or high-risk.
Build strong, credible relationships with leaders through responsiveness, professionalism, and practical problem solving.
Scope & Influence
Supports small to mid-sized entities or moderately complex client groups; may be the sole Talent Partner at a hospital entity or operational site.
Operates independently on tactical and operational matters.
Engages strategic partnership as organizational complexity increases.
