Your primary focus is to engage with warm inbound leads and application submissions. You will never pick up the phone to cold call or conduct telemarketing. Instead, you will perform structured phone-based screening, meticulously update candidate profiles within our CRM, and guide qualified individuals through a remote onboarding process. Think of yourself as the architect of a smooth, professional hiring journey.

Compensation & Setup

Earnings range from $1,000 to $2,000 each week, paid on a 1099 basis. This role is designed for someone who operates as a business entity. You must have or be willing to establish an LLC with an EIN. Do not worry if you have not done this yet; we provide step-by-step guidance during the initial training period to help you file correctly.
