Core Responsibilities

Your daily workflow centers on three distinct activities:

• Conducting preliminary phone-based screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability, communication skills, and career goals.
• Maintaining accurate records within our candidate relationship management (CRM) system, logging notes and progression stages.
• Guiding qualified candidates through a remote onboarding workflow, ensuring they complete necessary documentation and pre-employment steps.

• A reliable computer and a smartphone for communication and data entry.
• High-speed internet connection that supports stable video calls and CRM access.
• You must operate as a corporate entity. This can be an existing LLC with a valid EIN. If you do not have one, our training includes step-by-step guidance on forming a single-member LLC, which is a simple, low-cost process.
