SUMMARY Overview of the position
Seeking a candidate with a deep understanding and passion for all things entertainment and pop culture, including its talent, representation, trends, fandoms, and the collectibles hobby. The ideal candidate stays connected to the evolving entertainment trading card and memorabilia ecosystem and understands what drives value for the products, their communities, and the collectibles hobby.
This position is responsible for securing and negotiating within a set budget the material terms such as autograph rates, appearances fees, and other contractual assets for inclusion in the Company's trading card, collectibles, and memorabilia product lines with a significant emphasis on entertainment-based products. Maintains relationships and ongoing communication between the Company and entertainment talent, agents, managers, representatives, artists, creators, other personalities, and internal partners and stakeholders relating to autograph content, memorabilia, appearances, and other asset acquisitions needed to support product development.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following statements are intended to describe the general nature of the level of work being performed by an individual assigned to this job. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for the material term negotiations to secure talent name, image, and likeness ("NIL"), autographs, autograph rates, appearance fees, or other entertainment-related assets and rights within strict scheduled timelines for trading card and memorabilia product releases.
- Works directly with external partners including talent representatives, agents, managers, actors, musicians, artists, creators, and other entertainment personalities to negotiate contractual terms, while maintaining strong relationships between the Company, entertainment talent, agencies, representatives, and other key industry partners.
- Interacts regularly with Company internal staff members to review and resolve all contractual pending offers and other feedback while meeting strict trading card and memorabilia product deadlines.
- Collaborate with the legal department and other internal groups to support the agreement redline process, including coordinating revisions, tracking status, and ensuring timely execution.
- Supports entertainment, e-sports, and other licensing initiatives, which includes initial talent outreach to secure agreements and new opportunities for the trading card and memorabilia product lines.
- Must have the ability to travel extensively on behalf of the Company to acquire autographed content for collectibles and memorabilia product lines as requested by management.

EDUCATION/YEARS EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- College Degree preferred but not required.
- 2+ years of experience in entertainment, talent relations, licensing, collectibles, project coordination, or related field preferred.

- High degree of confidentiality required when handling talent relationships, contracts, and business information.
- Hands-on, energetic, and motivated self-starter with the ability to work additional hours as required.
- Ability to travel on behalf of the Company with limited advance notice.
