Secure new business and expand current accounts. Understand what drives success for your customers and deliver to it. Embrace exciting new tools and strategies to attract top-tier talent & clients. Listen to understand client & talent needs in-depth. Facilitate strategic matches between client staffing requirements and talent skills/experience. Educate on current market conditions. Drive impactful relationships with current clients while identifying future needs. Make critical decisions regarding talent hiring, placement, and disciplinary actions. Delight in delivering top-quality service to bolster client operations. Swiftly address talent issues or client concerns. Showcase your negotiation prowess in determining candidate pay rates and client bill rates. Facilitate strategic matches between client staffing requirements and talent skills/experience. Manage relationships with current clients, identify future needs, and offer thought leadership for daily operations.

What you need to bring:

5+ years of B2B sales in staffing or business development Previous experience/background in Finance & Accounting or Business Operations is preferred Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills Demonstrated track record of effective candidate & client generation strategies Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job A Bachelor's degree is advantageous Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
