The Talent Solutions Manager Role
The Talent Solutions Manager (TSM) ensures customer satisfaction by matching the staffing needs of clients with the skills and experience of the best talent. The TSM utilizes tools and technology to enhance the talent experience. They work collaboratively across different areas to develop new lead sources and maintain a strong pool of talent. The TSM also manages placed talent and promotes their development, to achieve desired client outcomes and assignment retention. Additionally, the TSM is responsible for building and maintaining internal partnerships with assigned Client Development Manager colleagues.
The TSM will use their discretion and independent judgment regarding significant matters that are directly related to the management and operation of the business.

Job Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and recruit top-tier talent with in office professionals.
- Work with talent to identify new business leads and expand current accounts.
- Understand what drives success for your customers and deliver to it.
- Embrace exciting new tools and strategies to attract top-tier talent & clients.
- Listen to understand client & talent needs in-depth.
- Facilitate strategic matches between client staffing requirements and talent skills/experience.
- Educate on current market conditions.
- Drive impactful relationships with current clients while identifying future needs.
- Make critical decisions regarding talent hiring, placement, and disciplinary actions.
- Delight in delivering top-quality service to bolster client operations.
- Swiftly address talent issues or client concerns.
- Showcase your negotiation prowess in determining candidate pay rates and client bill rates.
- Facilitate strategic matches between client staffing requirements and talent skills/experience.
- Manage relationships with current clients, identify future needs, and offer thought leadership for daily operations.
Requirements
- 3 plus years of high volume recruitment and client development to include a focus in office professionals
- Previous experience/background in Finance & Accounting or Business Operations is preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, organization and influencing skills
- Demonstrated track record of effective candidate & client lead generation strategies
- Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
- A Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient using Linked In, Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
