Temp Sourcer Opportunity

NextStep Recruiting is working with a rapidly growing N. Ft. Worth, TX client who is looking to add a temp sourcer to their growing team! Candidates should have:

• 3+ years of sourcing and processing experience
• Experience sourcing for technicians and sales/business development roles is highly preferred
• Needs someone hungry, a good team player, and willing to think outside the box to find talent
• Familiar with LI recruiting and Indeed is a plus
• Must be able to thrive and handle a fast-paced environment
