My name is Shannon, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group.  We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a ­­­­­­­­Outbound Candidate Sourcer I / Talent Attraction Partner for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

Contract | Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Locations: Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City
Duration: 5.5 months
Pay: $35-40/hr.

Our client is seeking an experienced Outbound Candidate Sourcer to join its Talent Attraction team. This role is responsible for building high-quality talent pipelines for Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) positions by proactively identifying, engaging, and assessing top talent. Working closely with recruiters and hiring partners, you will own the candidate journey from initial outreach through delivery of qualified candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong sourcing expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and engage passive candidates for Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) positions using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the sourcing and qualification process while providing an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and talent pools within applicant tracking and CRM systems.
  • Participate in team meetings to align on hiring priorities, pipeline health, and recruiting strategies.
  • Support diversity sourcing initiatives and proactively identify talent from a variety of backgrounds.
  • Deliver qualified candidate slates while meeting sourcing goals and recruiting metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–8 years of recruiting or sourcing experience (less than 2 years is considered underqualified; 8+ years may be considered overqualified).
  • Proven experience sourcing and recruiting for Sales or Go-to-Market (GTM) roles.
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Experience conducting candidate phone screens and evaluating candidate qualifications.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Workday (teachable).
  • Experience working with Salesforce recruiting tools or CRM (teachable).
  • Experience supporting enterprise or high-volume recruiting organizations.
  • Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and talent market mapping.

  • Build high-quality pipelines for Sales and GTM positions.
  • Meet candidate sourcing and outreach goals.
  • Deliver qualified candidates within established timelines.
  • Maintain strong candidate engagement and response rates.
