Overview
As a Talent Sourcer, you will be supporting our high volume strategic hiring motion for our Commercial business, which has direct correlation to revenue enablement for the company. This role is fast paced and demands agility, strategic thinking, ability to quickly pivot, and deep understanding of the multiple roles we recruit for. Youll drive differentiated sourcing strategies, refine hiring bar calibration, and support storytelling that resonates with candidates from top technology and AI companies. Bachelors Degree AND 5+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
OR Masters Degree AND 3+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
OR equivalent experience.
1+ years of experience recruiting for cybersecurity or highly specialized technical roles.
Talent Acquisition IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $70,500 - $139,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $95,000 - $153,200 per year.
