Acting as a trusted talent advisor, the Recruiter partners with other recruiters, hiring leaders and HR to define hiring needs, assess talent market conditions, and drive effective sourcing strategies that support current and future workforce demands.

  • Own outbound sourcing strategy and execution across a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct outreach, referrals, networking, and talent communities, with an emphasis on identifying and engaging passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines aligned to recurring and high‑impact roles, ensuring readiness for current openings and anticipated hiring needs.
  • Lead candidate qualification through resume review, phone screens, and structured assessment conversations to evaluate skills, experience, motivation, and overall fit prior to submission to hiring managers.
  • Translate business and role requirements into clear sourcing profiles and qualification criteria; continuously refine based on feedback, outcomes, and market conditions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to align on candidate expectations, provide thoughtful screening recommendations, and advise on talent availability and competitive market dynamics.
  • Present hiring managers with a concise, well‑qualified slate of candidates supported by clear assessments, strengths, and potential risks.
  • Manage candidate progression through interview and selection stages, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and timely communication within the applicant tracking system.
  • Analyze sourcing and pipeline data to assess effectiveness of outreach efforts and recommend improvements to sourcing approaches and tools.
  • Participate in recruitment events as a sourcing and relationship‑building activity to generate future candidate pipelines rather than solely immediate hires.
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities as needed to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, while maintaining primary focus on sourcing and qualification responsibilities.
  • Perform additional recruiting‑related projects and duties as assigned.
