We function as a consultative diabetes management service, partnering with hospitals across multiple states to improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency. Our team of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants provides high-quality, evidence-based care, supported by a dedicated billing operations team that ensures accurate, timely, and compliant revenue cycle performance.
As we continue to expand rapidly across new markets, we are seeking a Talent Sourcing & Digital Content Marketing Specialist who can operate both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Position Summary
The Talent Sourcing & Digital Content Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in strengthening Glycare's workforce and brand by combining strategic talent sourcing with digital content marketing. This hybrid position is responsible for identifying, engaging, and building relationships with top healthcare talent (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants) while simultaneously creating and executing digital content strategies that elevate Glycare's employer brand, increase audience engagement, and support organizational growth.
This role partners closely with the Senior Recruiter and operational leadership to attract exceptional candidates through proactive sourcing, targeted outreach, compelling storytelling, and data-driven digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities include identifying qualified candidates, reviewing CVs, initiating candidate communications, managing social media channels, creating engaging recruitment and brand content, and using analytics to measure performance and support continuous improvement.
Work Environment and Schedule
This is a full-time, primarily remote position with a Monday through Friday schedule. The role may require occasional on-site collaboration at GlyCare’s corporate office in Jacksonville, Florida. Candidates must be available to attend team meetings, training sessions, and company events as needed.
Because this is a remote-forward role, employees are expected to maintain a professional, reliable work environment that allows them to perform their responsibilities effectively. This includes being available and responsive during scheduled work hours, attending meetings on time, maintaining confidentiality, and minimizing distractions that may interfere with work quality, communication, responsiveness, or participation in calls and virtual meetings.
