The ideal candidate for this position should have a track record of successful management positions with at least three years of experience, and a strong desire to succeed with integrity.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met
Work to create strong customer relationships to retain current cliental and build new business
Create and manage staffs weekly schedule and ensure hours are kept in compliance
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales goals to have an understanding of where the store needs to be to reach it's goal
Keep a clean and safe work environment
Provide onsite training to new hires
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED equivalent needed
Three or more years of experience in a store manager or sales manager position in the automotive industry is necessary
Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends
Possess a valid NY State driver’s license
Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership; and the ability to interpret profit and loss statements are necessary for success
