Tampa Project Manager

Description

* Manage commercial, multifamily, municipal, and education projects from preconstruction through closeout.

* Coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships.

* Lead project teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved.

* Oversee multiple projects simultaneously within an active Central Florida pipeline.

* Partner with leadership to support the continued growth of the Tampa operation.

Profile

* Currently functioning as a Project Manager for a general contractor.

* Experience within commercial, multifamily, or municipal construction.

* Strong client-facing communication and leadership abilities.

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

* Stable employment history with 3+ years of tenure preferred.

Job Offer

Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 base salary (estimated based on market conditions).
