Position: Associate Dentist

Location: Tannersville, PA

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Dentist to join a well-established dental practice in Tannersville, PA. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive compensation package and excellent growth potential.

Mon- Thursday and Fridays 8-2

This is a FFS/PPO opportunity with participation with most dental PPO plans.

Position Overview:

As an Associate Dentist, you will work closely with the practice owner and team to provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental conditions, performing routine check-ups and cleanings, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop treatment plans for patients

- Administer local anesthetics and perform various dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and root canals

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and provide personalized treatment recommendations

- Document patient treatment plans and progress notes accurately and efficiently

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the practice

- Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols

- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with patients and colleagues at all times

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

- Active state dental license in good standing

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice preferred

- Excellent clinical and communication skills

- Strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care

- Ability to work well in a team environment
