Taproom Team Member - Front of House

CraftWorx Taproom isn't your typical restaurant. We're a 70-tap self-pour taproom and restaurant with a focus on local craft beer, killer cocktails, live music, and great food and we're looking for outgoing, motivated, and energetic Front of House (FOH) staff to help us create unforgettable experiences for every guest.

Our massive self-pour beverage wall lets guests explore craft beer, cider, seltzer, wine, and batched cocktails by the ounce on their terms, at their pace. What You'll Be Doing

You wont be stuck doing just one thing our FOH team wears multiple hats to keep the vibes high and the service smooth. Depending on your strengths and the shift, you may:

Host/Front Desk Duties

• Welcome guests, explain how the taproom works
  

• Handle check-ins, beer cards, and ID verifications

  
  

• Answer phone calls and help with takeout orders or general questions

  
  

Beer Wall Ambassador Duties

• Guide new guests on how to use our self-pour system

  
  

• Share beer and cocktail recommendations (don't worry well teach you!)

  
  

• Monitor the wall for spills, pours, and guest needs

  
  

• Help maintain a clean and fun pour zone

  
  

Food Runner & Busser Duties

• Deliver food promptly and accurately from kitchen to table

  
  

• Check in with guests to make sure everything is perfect

  
  

• Clear and reset tables efficiently

  
  

• Restock napkins, utensils, and condiments as needed

  
  

Bar Support / Glassware Duties

• Clean and restock glassware and bar tools

  
  

• Assist bartenders with basic prep or stocking

  
  

• Keep the bar and service areas clean, organized, and efficient

Requirements
