TAR Scheduler

 JSG is recruiting a TAR Scheduler for a client in Superior WI. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in construction scheduling, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and operational excellence.

Pay $70/hour

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant construction and schedule management experience; up to 10+ years in similar environments is acceptable.
• Strong working knowledge of CPM scheduling concepts and tools, particularly Primavera P6.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with management, clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Experience in oil and gas or similar industrial sectors.
• Turnaround scheduling experience is highly preferred.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional industry certifications related to project controls or scheduling.
• Prior experience with project management software beyond Primavera P6.
• Familiarity with project safety protocols and industry standards.

Other Requirements:

• On-site presence required five days a week.
• Potential travel to other client refineries within the Midwest region.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
