A GRVTY Company is seeking Target Analyst Reporters (TAR) to support Department of Defense/IC missions at Fort Meade, MD. As a TAR, you will be responsible for SIGINT Analysis Reporting while supporting IC missions that are vital to our national security.
What Youll be Owning
Prepare synthesized products for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles in response to Intelligence Community (IC) requirements and in accordance with customer missions of Signals Intelligence, Information Assurance, and Computer Network Operations.
Prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, and from related collateral sources (e.g., IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, open source, and others) as needed for use or decision by Government personnel.
Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs. Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.
Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate. Issue appropriate products which relay developments, trends, indications, warnings, and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as countermeasures and courses of action if applicable.
Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to enhance and build target knowledge and improve collection to execute the customer and IC partners mission.
Perform pre-release quality control functions.
What You Must Have
Active TSSCI with polygraph clearance
Level 1: 6 years of experience or AAAS (4 years), BABS (2 years)
Level 2: 9 years of experience or AAAS (7 years), BABS (5 years), or MAMS (3 years)
Level 3: 12 years of experience or AAAS (10 years), BABS (8 years), or MAMS (6 years)
Level 4: 15 years of experience or AAAS (13 years), BABS (11 years), or MAMS (7 years)
What Would Be Nice to Have
Analytic editing experience
Releaser experience
Degree in English, Journalism, or Technical Writing is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.
