Targeting Systems Integrator / Project Manager
Location: Chantilly, VA Area
Employment Type: Full-Time
Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 10 years
(Associate’s degree with 14 years or High School diploma with 16 years also accepted) - 12+ years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC)
- 5+ years of experience in technical systems integration, project management, and/or targeting
Core Skills & Capabilities- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
- Demonstrated experience working with senior government officials to define and manage processes related to targeting activities
- Proven ability to identify and propose process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Experience coordinating activities across large customer organizations and external stakeholders
- Ability to support and facilitate technical exchange meetings
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
Technical & Domain Expertise- Experience with next-generation technology
- Strong documentation and writing skills, including drafting formal communications such as cables
- Solid understanding of policies and regulatory frameworks within the customer environment
- Established relationships and strong connectivity across the enterprise
