We are seeking motivated Field Technicians to join a well-established company that provides construction materials testing, building inspections, and engineering support services for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. What You'll Do
  • Perform field and laboratory testing on construction materials such as soil and concrete.
  • Conduct site observations and inspections to verify quality and compliance.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
  • Collect, record, and maintain accurate testing data and documentation.
  • Assist in evaluating test results and preparing reports.
  • Ensure all testing procedures meet industry standards and safety requirements.
  • Travel to local job sites to complete testing and inspection assignments (approximately 25% local travel).
  • Maintain testing equipment and keep accurate field records.
  • Communicate findings with supervisors and project teams.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to climb and work at varying heights when needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Certifications
Candidates with one or more of the following certifications are strongly encouraged to apply:
  • ACI Certification
  • Nuclear Gauge Certification
  • Residential Building Inspector (B1)
  • Commercial Building Inspector (B2)
  • ICC Residential Certification (ICCRC)
  • ICC Commercial Certification (ICCSO)
  • ICC Fire Protection Certification (ICCFP)
  • ICC Structural Masonry Certification (ICCSM)
