The Task Force General Manager will oversee an Extended Stay property while General Managers are on vacation or a new position. Stays will be between 1 week up to 6+ Weeks depending on assisgnment. This is a traveling role and can be based anywhere in the Southeast
Qualifications
2+ years of Extended Stay GM experience
Proven success in multi-outlet operations, financial performance, and guest satisfaction
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a passion for hospitality
Responsibilities
Direct and manage all food and beverage outlets, banquet operations, and beverage programs
Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue, control costs, and enhance guest satisfaction
Lead, train, and mentor management teams to deliver service excellence and support career development
