The Task Lead (Senior) for the Special Operations Forces Operations Training Readiness Integration and Governance (S-TRIG) serves as the primary onsite lead responsible for daily synchronization, execution oversight, and quality control of contractor workforce activities supporting Joint Force training and readiness operations at MacDill Air Force Base. This role ensures mission requirements are executed in alignment with Government priorities by maintaining real-time visibility of task status, workforce readiness, staffing coverage, and operational continuity. The Task Lead interfaces directly with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to communicate execution status, identify performance risks, resolve staffing or tasking issues, and ensure contractor activities remain aligned with Government intent while meeting cost, schedule, and quality standards.
Primary location of performance is HQ USSOCOM, MacDill AFB, FL. Other locations may be designated as required.

The S-TRIG Task Lead (Senior) provides onsite leadership for daily execution and synchronization of contractor workforce activities supporting Joint Force training and readiness operations. This role ensures tasking is properly assigned, tracked, and completed in alignment with Government priorities while maintaining visibility of workforce readiness, staffing coverage, and operational continuity at MacDill Air Force Base. The Task Lead serves as the primary interface with the COR, communicating execution status, identifying performance risks, resolving staffing or tasking issues, and ensuring contract compliance across cost, schedule, and quality requirements. Additionally, the Task Lead oversees workforce coordination, validates deliverable quality, manages travel execution and cost control, and ensures alignment between contractor performance and Government mission objectives.

As a condition of employment, ISA employees are expected to have or be eligible for a Secret-level security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Salary at ISA is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The salary range for this position varies dependent on years of experience, relevant certifications and education. Salary is just one component of ISA's total compensation package for employees.
