South Coast Winery Resort & Spa is seeking a friendly, wine enthusiast and dependable for our vibrant Tasting Room.  The Wine Server will need to have excellent customer service experience and have wine knowledge.

Some essential duties include:

·         Prepare designated bar for daily wine tasting and conduct tastings with guests guiding them on their selections and educating them about the varietals and styles of wine.
·         Maintain the cleanliness of the counter areas, sinks and shelves at all times.
·         Maintain honesty and integrity in the pouring of wines and ensure all tasting tickets are marked off appropriately.
·         Use discretion when providing a “sixth” taste for guests as a tool for selling wine or wine club memberships.
·         Alert bar backs when wine inventory is running low.
·         Date all newly opened bottles and discard as instructed by management.
·         Attending outside wine pouring events on behalf of South Coast Winery Resort & Spa as required.
·         Promote the sale of South Coast Winery wine and Wine Club membership.
·         Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
