About the role:

As a Tax Accountant, you will support the execution of indirect tax compliance activities, with a primary focus on IRS Form W-8 review and 1042 reporting. This role is ideal for an early-career accounting or tax professional looking to build a strong technical foundation while working closely with experienced tax team members in a fast-paced corporate environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Reviewing IRS Form W-8 documentation from international vendors
• Supporting 1042 reporting and related filings
• Communicating with vendors regarding tax documentation
• Assisting with preparation and filing of other indirect tax returns
• Supporting additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or taxation
• 1-2 years of professional experience or equivalent internships
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Adobe
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Oracle and/or Avalara is a plus
