Our Dallas client, a full-service financial/accounting firm, is looking for a Tax Accountant to join their team. This role will work on client tax files (80%) and bookkeeping (20%).
Qualifications:
CPA certification is not required. We are looking for accountants with 5+ years experience in public accounting.
Familiar with accounting and tax software such as QuickBooks, UltraTax and Intiut ProSeries.
Knowledge of Excel.
Strong organizational skills, ability to establish & manage priorities with a drive to complete assigned tasks.
Attention to detail.
Professionalism, ability to work independently, multi-task and handle conflicting priorities.
Ability to solve problems and THINK!
Experience in producing quality work, while being able to meet deadlines.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience, Benefits, 3% 401k, Profit Sharing.
