Tax Advisory Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for entities and individuals
• Identify tax issues and planning opportunities for clients
• Provide strategic tax guidance to healthcare organizations
• Lead and mentor tax staff and senior team members
• Manage multiple client engagements while maintaining quality standards
• Partner with leadership and internal teams to deliver strong client service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA required
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Prior leadership or management experience preferred
• Experience serving healthcare clients is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and client management skills
