Responsibilities Prepare book-tax differences for both tax provision and tax returns. Prepare tax return workpapers and tax returns (federal, state, informational) Assist with the reconciliation of income tax accounts. Maintain tax files/records (Including SOX documentation) Research federal and state income tax issues. Other tax responsibilities as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in accounting. Minimum of two years experience in a corporate tax department or public accounting. Strong working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with good communication skills A willingness to grow and learn Preferred Qualifications CPA or CPA eligible Experience with CorpTax * Need to be adept at working in a dynamic and complex environment while leveraging available technology.
