Growing West Michigan CPA firm in Grand Rapids is adding a Tax Associate to support a client list heavy in family-owned businesses.

Highlights
- Prepare 1040s, 1120s, and 1065s and help with multi-state filings
- Assemble trial balances and tax-basis adjustments from client books
- Participate in client meetings and planning sessions early in your career
- Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA-eligible preferred; 0–2 years tax or internship experience
- Hybrid schedule and a firm-wide focus on sustainable workloads

Compensation & benefits
- Starting pay $60,000–$72,000 DOE
