Tax Associate

A growing small/mid-size CPA firm is seeking a Tax Associate to join its tax team and help prepare individual and business returns in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Highlights

• Prepare Form 1040, 1120/1120S, and 1065 returns with supporting workpapers
• Assist with tax research, organizing client source documents, and e-filing
• Work closely with seniors and managers on a varied book of small-business and individual clients
• Bachelor's in Accounting (or related); CPA eligibility preferred; 0–2 years public accounting tax experience
• Hybrid schedule with strong work-life balance outside of busy season
• Firm is interviewing now — looking to hire ASAP

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $60,000–$75,000 DOE
• Performance bonus / year-end bonus potential
