Job Details

• Advise clients on federal and Pennsylvania tax implications arising from business transactions and entity structures
• Structure, draft, and negotiate transactional and organizational agreements
• Counsel partnerships, LLCs, S corporations, and other pass-through entities
• Bring 5+ years of tax and transactional law experience with an active Pennsylvania license
• Demonstrate excellent legal writing, client communication, and commercial judgment; an established client base is preferred
