About the Company:

Our client is a Cape Cod CPA firm looking for an experienced tax professional to join their company and assist them in preparing returns for individuals and small client businesses.  The firm is currently trying to catch up on the extensions filed from April.  

Job Description:
The tax consultant will focus on individual and small business tax returns.  The tax consultant must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.  The tax consultant will be autonomous and deliver quality returns in a timely manner.  The firm is looking for a tax consultant who has previous experience working in a CPA firm during off-peak and peak seasons.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Individual Tax experience
  • EA or CPA is highly desired.
  • Experience with Intuit ProSeries tax software is highly desired
  • Experience with H&R Block, Jackson Hewitt, or Liberty Tax Services is a plus
  • Excellent client skills
  • ProSeries Intuit Software experience
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong software skills
  • Target salary is $60,000-$65,000 annually
