Tax Credit Leasing Consultant

Tax Credit Leasing - Vallejo, CA 94590

Schedule: M-F some weekends

Pay Rate $24-$25 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant with LIHTC/Tax Credit experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and leasing skills, a working knowledge of affordable housing compliance, and the ability to process income certifications and applicant files accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Lease apartments and conduct tours
• Process applications, move-ins, and renewals
• Verify income and eligibility for Tax Credit compliance
• Maintain resident files and compliance documentation
• Provide outstanding customer service

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of leasing experience
• Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience required
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
