BG Staffing is seeking an Affordable Property Manager to oversee daily operations at a property in Charles Town, WV 25414. This is a contract opportunity with immediate start for the right candidate.

Position Details

• Role: Affordable Property Manager
• Location: Charles Town, WV 25414
• Pay: $25/hr
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
• Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of an affordable housing property
• Support compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and other affordable housing regulations
• Help manage leasing activities, including applications, move-ins, and recertifications
• Maintain accurate and organized resident files and documentation
• Assist with rent collections and follow-ups on delinquencies
• Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure timely completion of work orders
• Support property manager with reporting and administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Previous property management or leasing experience required
• Affordable housing experience (HUD/Section 8/LIHTC) preferred
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with property management software is a plus
